I've been losing a few of my fish lately and I'm not sure what's doing it. Originally I thought ich, so I caught a few of my fish that were showing signs and put them into a quarantine tank but unfortunately I wasn't able to catch everyone. In my quarantine tank I treated them with Copper Power and Prazipro and the spots went away after literally a day. Those fish are still in the quarantine, in copper and I have been given two doses of Prazipro, one week apart.
In my main display, I used Reef Medic and mixed Metroflex and Focus into their food. I'm also running a UV. Initially, it seemed to get worse and after about a week, it started to get better but some fish still seem sick, lethargic and just not looking healthy. Here are a few pictures of my fish sorry for the picture of a dead one. I'm thinking maybe a bacteria or fungus infection but I'm not sure. I was thinking of mixing Kanaplex into their food with metroplex but before I did, I was hoping to see if anyone had a better idea.

Anthias shows possible aggression and Bellus may have bacterial infection. Stop on the metro which has to be used by weight precisely and the Polyp Lab Medic as you found is expensive and ineffective as its peroxide salts. Generally what is safe for the reef is safe for parasites and UV will not erase what is preexisting but what is free floating and passes through the unit. The remaining fish MUST be removed and placed in quarantine and once placed in QT, the treatment clock of 30 days starts all over again, and Then the display tank must be fishless (fallow) for 6-8 weeks to allow parasites to go thru their life cycle and die off. Add air stone to QT tank and monitor ammonia level with a reliable test kit

Thanks for your help.

I’m seeing secondary bacterial infection from longterm ich.

You’ll need to treat all of these fish the same way that you did with the ones that you were able to catch up.

I understand this will be a lot of work, but you’ll likely lose the fish if you do t.
