What's on my live rock

I have these white dots on my rock that have been spreading. My large neon hammer is also receding. My parameters are sal: 1.026, Ca 400, Alk around 8, mg 1250-1350, nitrate: 10( been 0 for awhile) phosphate: .04. I use rodi water, led lights, and a Sro 2000 int skimmer. I run gfo at half recommended dose in a reactor.

The white dots don't have any fleshy feel to them, just feel like the rock. Any ideas?
