My refugium and algae scrubber lighting total up to 80w (which is really, really overkill and I'm actually frying some macro in the fuge).

Wow that is a LOT indeed unless it is a huge fuge and large scrubber ... I am sure you can cut that in half and still do fine and maybe that is even too much ...
