What's this error message mean?

Sent rev a private message several days ago but no response. Does anyone know what this error message means?

The system is set to only allow certain file extensions to be uploaded, mostly picture files (ex. jpg). This is to prevent anyone from uploading something malicious, like a .exe virus.

What type of file are you trying to upload?

I don't think videos are allowed (takes up too much space on the server).

Best to upload to Youtube and then copy & paste the URL into the text box.

Oh I understand. Unfortunately I have no idea how to do that and am pretty incompetent when it comes to technology haha
