What's Up with MASNA?

Most people have noticed that MACNA 2023 has been cancelled, but looking at the MASNA website, it seems the whole organization has been put on hold too. Is there anyone from the MASNA board or industry here to help explain things? Thanks.

I went to their web site to see if I know any of their BOD members - I don't, but also, most of the positions are listed as "vacant" except the treasurer and a couple of others.
I don't see any updates to their web page or FB since 2022.
