I got two clowns yesterday and one is fine but one just swims up and down the glass in the corner and doesn't seem to be eating? Is there something I can do to change this?

Try feeding them what they were eating at the fish store. The one clown just feels more comfortable in the corner, not uncommon. It's not uncommon for them to go a few days without eating during acclimation either.
