I got them about 2 weeks ago and they're shriveling up! They were fine for the first two weeks, actually showing a little bit of growth and now all of a sudden they're shrunk and there's holes in the center of them. Is this normal?

move them off to the side, away from direct light, I received these same shrooms from Quality Marine 2 weeks ago, and they look OK. Not blowing up but not shriveling either. Shrooms are so finicky sometimes.

I do have them in probably the lowest flow area in the tank and they're about as far to the side as they can be without touching the glass.

Usually mushrooms like more shade. At least those type do. As others said, they can be picky. They do like dirtier water, so check to make sure you have some nitrates and po4.
