Mixed reef. Everything else looks great. Two different sinulatias look horrible. LPS, SPS, and other leathers look fantastic. As an example:

The Japanese nephthea is fantastic,

Not unusual for them to occasionally sulk for a extended amounts of time, if everything else is healthy and happy I wouldn’t worry to much just give them some time.

Following.
I had a sinularia in my old nano tank. Ita polyps would be open and extended all the time in that tank.
When I moved it to my new tank four months ago (much larger, much more stable chemistry) it closed up like in your picture. It has never opened since (not day, nor when I check at night in the dark). But, the flesh is green and it has grown 2-3x in size. It stretches out during the day, shrinks down at night. Just no polyps for months.
I’ve tried it in a few places to see if light or flow made any difference - nope.
Other corals are doing well and growing.
So if you get an answer to this, I’d like to see it.

Sometime I get results from blasting it with a turkey baster with the thinking that I am helping it shed it’s slime coating quicker. Today they are all closed up

Did you change anything like flow or light, as above it just looks sulky?
I have over the last year upgraded my lights to T5 hybrids with AI Prime, but I think the onset of the months ling issue has been more recent. The more likely change was adding a lot of LPS and SPS corals. Or, regular use of 2 part dosing?

Recent changes would be my opinion, leathers do sulk for no apparent reason, keep us updated!

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
