So over the last few weeks my torch coral has slowly been melting away and I have no idea what's wrong with it.

In my history with torch's when they melt away like that it seems there is always a pest at fault. have you tried dipping it?? removing the coral and closely inspecting it?

Full peramiters of tank. And a full tank shot so we can see location of coral. Denfitly appears like a water peramiter out of whack or pest

That doesn't look good.
Dip the healthy pieces in a Iodine dip and all you can do is wait.
Mean while test your tank and let us know where you are and where you were a week ago.
What are the hairy polyps or strings under your Acro on the left and the same for that on the right by your acan?
Can we see a closed pic from both areas?

Nitrate, nitrite and ammonia are all zero according to my red sea test kit and phosphate is zero with an API test kit. I'll grab a FTS once I get back

Bayer works for pest (no pest eggs) but iodine will work for bacterial infections as I was told.
When fragging it is always a must to do a dip as they recover faster and not running the chance of infection.
Hoping your torch will pull it through as it is always a tough call once this started.

I just lost a torch that was doing that one head at a time I did that several times and coral RX and it did not help then I did some research online and find out there's a disease that your torch can get call Brown sludge disease and it slowly dissolves each head until the head comes out so far I haven't found nothing to fix it

Thankfully I do not think its BJD, I have had a very bad history with BJD but so far this is not presenting the same way
