Dip the healthy pieces in a Iodine dip and all you can do is wait.

What are the hairy polyps or strings under your Acro on the left and the same for that on the right by your acan?

Doubtful just because I don't dose or have corals that eat alk up.Alk swing? My torches absolutely detest unstable alk.
Thankfully I do not think its BJD, I have had a very bad history with BJD but so far this is not presenting the same wayI just lost a torch that was doing that one head at a time I did that several times and coral RX and it did not help then I did some research online and find out there's a disease that your torch can get call Brown sludge disease and it slowly dissolves each head until the head comes out so far I haven't found nothing to fix it
