What's your preferred dosing pumps?

I bought a used Jebao dp-4 on eBay for $40. Had to turn some of the rollers around to get it to work properly (look on YouTube for instructions), but besides that it’s been working fine.

I have the jeboa on a QT and Red Sea on main tank. Love the Red Sea 4 doser and accuracy is excellent and so is the functionality. J

I just installed a Chihiros 4-head doser (I wanted a 4 head doser that was affordable but not "cheap" and used a Bluetooth/WiFi interface); I just got it set up (finally). It seems like it's of good quality build-wise, and the app is easy to use and intuitive. We'll see how it goes . . .

What all do you dose with your Versa? I'm thinking about the Versa 4 to run with my Apex, but I'm new to the dosing game (the whole reef tank game to be honest). I am QT'ing a bunch of LPS and softie corals now so will be placing them in the DT in about 45 days.

Welcome to the reefing hobby! I've been keeping reefs for the better part of 30 years and have never gotten tired of it. I currently dose ESV B-IONIC two part additives to maintain calcium and Alkalinity.

Keep in mind that I am cheap. . . but I love this pump. Getting it set up and getting used to the controls can take a minutes but I find it easy and reliable. No app controllability or anything, but it just works.

Yes, I just dose the two part daily and then check my magnesium levels every once in a while, but with my water changes I usually don't need to dose the Mg all that much.

I had Jebao dosing pumps for a while - they are inexpensive and reliable BUT am much happier with the Red Sea Doser - these are connected to the cloud and you can make adjustments from anywhere which is very helpful when you get data from your Trident on Alk/Cal/Mag and would like to make adjustements. I travel a lot and this was a game changer.
