brown jelly is a protozoa that can also spread to other corals. it is generally killed with a dip but it did not work this time so i dipped and cut off infected area. I guess I will have to wait and see.
my main complaint is I told the vender this within policy and they denied wrong. the on set happed with in a hour of putting in my tank. the reply was sorry good doing business with you thank for shopping with us and the money.
I take that as thanks for letting us scam you with a sick coral sucker.

THIS THREAD IS A COMPLETE LIE! AND HERE IS MY PROOF!!

Punisher Corals offers a 2 hour DOA for notifications and replacement. We have received a bad review. The review makes it seem like we sent him the torch and it was dying and now we are refusing to replace it. Here are pictures he sent us of the coral on July 14, 2020, and his comments regarding the Torch. The torch was delivered on July 13, 2020. On July 21, 2020, He messaged us and said the coral has died and demanded a replacement, or a store credit. We will not be scammed by people either a week later. As you can see in the bag and tank the coral looks healthy.

Please see what actually occurred in our reply on this thread. We have proof this didn't happen the way it is being told.

There was no stress after shipping this picture was taken a week later. You can clearly see the picture he sent us a day after receiving the coral.

I guess to try to get free things and give us a bad name. We always check in with our customers when the corals arrive to make sure they survived.
