Do you change your media out when it reads 1 ppm or what is your threshold for changing out the resin media?

Depends. I run 2 stages of different DI media and once the first cartridge reads 1-2ppm i swap it to extend the life of my final cartridge.

I change it when I get 1ppm.

When Color has changed and I start seeing 1ppm show up.

I use a cartridge that uses replace able media . I generally do it at 2 . I will do it with my other cartridges every 6 months if it lasts that long
