I found that during lights out (the longer the better) there is far more polyp extension on a lot of my corals, so that when I feed. Though I've heard they'll respond to the food no matter what time it is.

I used to target feed, but broadcast feeding is much easier IMO.

Usually feed in the evening when lights are on, once a week, both broadcast and target.

I usually feed in the evening while the lights are still on. Usually just the blues are on but not darkened out yet.

I decided to make my own frozen food cube which is a mix of a bunch of stuff but mostly my sis, reef frenzy and oyster feast. So my corals eat at the same time as the fish. I just recently started doing this so no idea if it works well or not.

I alternate feedings. Ive utilized both times when I can and try to determine the differences with PE etc. I broadcast once a week and target twice a week.

I feed with the lights on, hoping to encourage polyp extension while I'm able to actually see it.

I mix a concoction of Reef Chili and Reef Roids (I switch back & forth) with LRS Fish Frenzy, PE Mysis, and vitamins that I broadcast feed 3 times a day. I also use Reef Energy (once daily) and recently started adding Reef Nutrition products as well (PhytoFeast, RotiFeast, and OysterFeast) once daily.

I keep my NO around 1, and PO around .02, exporting using a Protein Skimmer, NOPOX, and Phosphate-E (when necessary).
