When to start dosing calcium & alkalinity?

Mate, why are you taking out so much water every month?

From what I read, my tank is small, and that require ấy least 25% water change every 2 weeks. Even with that, my tank is developing algae.

I bought couple of BRS dosing pumps. Just waiting to use it.

Dont dose until your corals are using more cal and alk than your water changes can keep up with. If cal and alk drop between water changes start to slowly dose what is needed to keep the 2 elements stable. Your tank is very young still and needs time to mature before most corals will thrive. Easy corals like mushrooms and zoas would be a good start and a couple of fish.
