This thing is HUGE. When will it split or what can I do to make it split

Each time mine has split it was after a water change, and an alk swing. Your parameters must be very stable, because they only get big like that when they're not stressed and happ happ happy!

Chill. This thing is a year old and came from a nem that was splitting every other month.

Not sure that really matters to be honest. Some say they split to advance. Some say it is a defense mechanism and stress. My point is that there is no need to rush it unless you want to trigger the negative side of things. Too much and they will just shrivel away and die.

You will have more than you can manage in time should you take proper care. Plague proportions. Doesn't happen overnight though. Marathon not a sprint.

Enjoy.
