I see this on other forums I'm on. Thought it would be fun for everyone to share other hobbies and things they commonly do other than messing with your aquarium! It could be a hobby you have, who you spend your time with, where you work if your a workaholic or maybe what other pets you have. Anything other than the fish tank! I'll start.

I also work a lot but in my spare time I love surf fishing and also making wood lures. The lure shop isn't set up right now but I'm hoping to have it back up soon.

For the most part, reef tanks have became the one hobby I have. Between work and a one year old, there's not a ton of time left. I played guitar on the Nashville strip for a couple years in college in a little after, but I don't play much anymore.

Xbox360, ride my ninja streetbike, fish,hunt, fly RC planes. All of these i do from time to time but Saltwater is the one hobby that takes top priority over all of them.

Me it's motorcycle, guns and photography. Can't say I'm a great shot (fair but not great) with a gun or a camera, but still enjoy both.

My reef has become my primary fix, but previously rc helicopters and planes(I still fly just to relax my nerves), hydroponics, building and modifying computers, HO slot car racing, digital photography, videography, cooking, and model trains.

Mostly just running the household and taking care of the kids all 9 of them ..even though half are over 18 they seem to be the most with needs or help ..thought it would be the other way around..the older they get the needier they get..oh well

Love reading, music, scuba diving , serious gardening. I grow (mostly sucessfully) tropical type plants. I love that my backyard and koi pond are surrounded by palms and bananas that stay outside in the ground year round here un Maryland. Other more tender tropicals come inside for the winter. Our living room, dining room and family room are filled with plants until the next spring. I'm also a serious baseball fanatic, and love my Washington Nationals. The Redskins for fall, and the Capitals for hockey. As I'm my 93 year old mom's live-in caretaker, and I'm an old OR nurse, keeping us going takes a huge chunk of my time- LOL!
