Where do I sell my fish?

I’m trying to sell my ribbon eel..I tried using the fish trading and selling forums but it won’t let me, does anyone have any ideas?

1. You need to be a member for 30 days. You meet this requirement.

And

2. You need to have at least 25 meaningful posts. You do not meet this requirement.
