Where do you guys buy shipping labels? Is it directly from fed ex because it is 90 dollars for single day shiping. How can I keep it down?

Also what time do I drop off the package at fed ex I've been told 12 pm is the latest to drop a next day package, also what should I tell them I'm shipping if they ask?
