Which antibiotic to use

My FOWLR is having issues. I have some fishes showing fin rot and cloudy eyes. Seems like they are having some bacterial infection problem. I have the tank in hypo, which is probably contributing to the outbreak, since its harder to have a bacteria outbreak with saltier water. Im very slowly upping salinity.
What abx do u guys suggest? Will Maracyn do the trick? Or do I need Maracyn 2 for marine tank?

Some meds, such as copper, are contra-indicated with hypo treatment, so you'll want to check with the mfr. before you jump on treatment.

Melafix isn't going to work...in fact, none of the "natural" remedies really do much at all for sick fish, except make you feel better, IMHO.

If you want to treat the fish with an antibiotic, Furan 2 is the currently favored medication. Don't use it as a dip, but rather as a full-up treatment.
