Under blue he has a light green glow stripe by the black

Nice fish! A blue hue does appear from time to time with clownfish (depending on lighting it can also look a bit greenish). Here is a couple of articles that talks a bit more about it:

Thanks! So I guess he's sort of just a mutt? Lol ya I never seen the iridescent glowing color I definitely thought it was beautiful

Well they haven’t yet, not sure since they both are mixed breeds. But clownfish babies need to be moved to a different tank and fed rotifiers to survive regardless.
