Hi guys. I'm from Sri Lanka and setting up my 50 gallon reef.
I have the option to have
1. Sabae clownfish
2.Clarkii clownfish
3.Australian black Clarkii Clownfish (bit rare)
4. Pink skunk clown fish (I dont like the looks that much)

What do you guys think. All the fish will be in good condition and about same price, What will you pick ?

Personally I would select them in the order: 3,1, 4, 2. However, you need to choose what you like. Any thought of adding a pair?

Yep hoping to add a pair and hopefully a Bubble anomon also.

The anemone will want stability so, for best results, you may want to wait six months to a year to allow for your tank to mature a bit before adding the anemone.

I'm not sure if this is allowed, but if so, here's a link to a compatibility list for the various clowns and anemones:

If it is a BTA you want, then your best bet will be to get one (or a pair) that will naturally go to one.

HTH!

3,2,4,1 Clarkii will go to a bubbletip more readily than the others

A group of the Pink Skunk Clown fish are my vote. They look much better in a harem and diffuses aggression if your looking to go with more.

People seems to love pink skunk quite a bit it seems with the few responces we had:). The thing is I was hoping to add a few Lyretail anthias and thought they giveout a similar but a better sort of colour.
