Which element deficiency causes Brown Jelly disease

I heard that some elements deficiency causes Brown Jelly disease.But which one? I know this is a bacterial infection but this is the result of deficiency of some elements?

If we knew that some element was missing, it would simply be a matter if replacing that element. Unfortunately it's not.

And no one knows what causes brown jelly. It doesn't happen in the ocean, only in our tanks.
