I would use a minimum of two power heads. Depending on what your stocking plans are will determine just how much flow you need. I'd aim for 20x for a FO, 30x for soft corals and/or LPS, and at least 40x for SPS. My 120g DT that is mostly SPS is closer to 80x.

I have a three foot 90 gallon (90 high). I run a MP40, MP10, Tunze Turbelle Stream, and an Icecap 1k gyre. I also consider my return pump as a wave maker of sorts. In my mind, the more water you move, the better. I’m not familiar with those pumps. If they’re controllable, get the larger ones. You can adjust them as needed. If they’re constant speed get the smaller ones but more of them and place them all over.
