Which snapper?

In all seriousness, I wouldn’t do either. Your tank is large yes however snappers are rather active and both mentioned attain a large size. Remember, yes their max size that is often listed is a very old specimen however it’s not impossible for a fish to get that size.
If I had to pick between the two I would go for the Blue Lined (Assuming you don’t mean the Blue Lined Sea Bream) as they do stay smaller, and I will admit most won’t hit over 10 inches in captivity. However, they are still active and you may find a 4’x4’ to be too small once it grows. Also, you will want to consider your other fish in the tank. These also get quite large sizes and again, can be active. When we say it’s too small often it’s not just considering the one fish but all the fish you may (and do) have.
