Which trigger is this?

LiveAquaria sent me an email and had a picture of a trigger I didn't recognize. When google searches this picture it turns up orange lined/undulated trigger. This doesn't look like any undulated trigger I have ever seen. What do you guys think?

It doesn't look like a standard undulated, hybrid makes sense.
 
Doubt its a hyrbid as its the only member of its genus so most likely an abberant specimen. Unless its hybridised with a member of the balistoides genus.
 
This guy definitely looks the closest, happy I started this thread, would have never figured it out on my own.
