White dots on 6 line

What are these white dots on my 6 line? Has been doing great and eating well. Just noticed these white dots today. Also any recommendations for getting rid of the green algae? Tank has been set up and running since Feb 2024.

Could be ich. Were the fish ran through any type of quarantine? Are any of the other fish showing the same spots?

could be, being that it appears to only present on the fins and not the body

I do not have a quarantine tank. So far I haven’t see any on the other 3.
