Seeing a few scattered white dots on my Foxface and also the Naso. Tank is 120 mixed and the parameters are all in range. I feed a mix of Cobalt flakes with probiotics, frozen brine, and nouri. Just noticed these. Also have the filtration going through a UV.

The spots seem too large to by ich, but sometimes, out-of-focus shots make the ich spots look larger.

Here is what I see: the naso is a bit thin and has some patchy skin as well as one large spot. The foxface looks to have some skin discoloration also, and a couple of larger spots. Are its eyes cloudy also, or is that just the photo?

We really will need full background info about the fish and the tank to try and figure out what's going on here. This is a link to some of the questions that it helps us to know the answers for:

First time I have noticed this. Fish all have great appetites. Tank is established with no problems. 120 gallon with 30 gallon sump and refugium. Protein skimmer in sump. UV light on return. Also run a Maxiflo 360 canister. Water flow is approximately 1200 gph.
