I am going to add as many pictures as I can. These white spots first showed up a week ago, but where gone overnight. Then again this weekend. All fish went through a 30d copper QT, the only livestock that didn't are snails and crabs. @Jay Hemdal can you please help ID what this is and if I should QT them again. Purple Tang has 1 white spot that looks like ich, Trigger is covered in what looks like Lymphoma. I also have 10 antheas in the tank, not a spot on them.

Appears to be ich parasite and will require treatment. You will need to place fish in Quarantine tank and treat with Coppersafe or Copper Power at therapeutic level 2.25-2.5 For a FULL 30 days (do not interrupt this 30 day period) monitored by a reliable Copper Test kit such as Hanna Brand- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone.
The display tank will have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off
A quarantine tank can be as simple as a tank from a second hand store or a starter kit from Walmart which most of the needed essentials.

If treatment level dropped or reduced by water changes, may be one reason
What therapeutic level did you use. Also, purple has what appears to be cryptocaryon (marine ich)

Level was 2.35 and did not drop through out the QT, verified via Hannah checker 2x per week.

The trigger does look like it has ich - the spots on the fins tell that from mucus plugs.

What copper were you using, what dose and what test method? At first I figured it just got carried over by the snails, but you said you saw spots on the fish while they were still in copper?

I am using copper safe, I don’t have the exact dose as I don’t have the exact tank water volume, but I kept adding until I got the desired reading from Hannah checker.

Trigger did not have ich spots in QT, but it did develop a large white spot on a fin which I attributed to bio bloom.

The Hanna checker will work great, just aim for 2.5 ppm without going over.
