White spot near dorsal fin, only one on fish

Hey guys, this morning I noticed a white spot near one of my clownfish dorsal fin. There’s only one on it’s body so I don’t think it’s the ich. I attached a picture even though it’s not the best quality. It’s sort of crater like raised a little bit. Was wonder if this was cryptocaryon or something else possibly?

It’s a possibility his bottom fins are a little weird too at least one of them

This is likely to be a secondary infection stemming from an injury. It seems too localized to be Brooklynella. If it is growing in size, or if the fish is showing other symptoms (not eating, breathing fast, swimming oddly) you would need to move it to a treatment tank and dose it with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic. It could also heal on its own.

No doubt to me , also an injury. Fish should be quarantined in separate tank with use of Seachem Kanaplex or Maracyn 2 with added aeration using air stone.

This is a fantastic response, thank you so much. So I’m other words keep an eye on it and if it get bigger move to a quarantine tank? And also, would you be against putting bacterial remedy from Imagitarium in the whole tank? Or is that bad….I have the parasitic remedy too

I would not treat your main tank - any safe treatments are likely to just be tonics, and not true medications.
You might want to be prepared to move the fish, because if it goes downhill, you’ll need to act quickly.

Can you retake the video under white lights? It looks like the fish is breathing fast and I can’t see the lesion clearly like I could in the first photos.
The stringy feces can be a sign of protozoan parasites, but can also just be a sign of something in its diet. However, the lesion, plus possible rapid breathing, plus the fevers is a really bad set of symptoms to see in one fish.
At this point, I think you need to treat ASAP. Neoplex plus metronidazole now.
