It is a crocea clam, it needs very high light. I don't think it should be on the sandbed in the corner. It looks like its leaning on the glass, it might need more space to open. What kind of light do you have?

It looks like a Crocea?
Is salt creep from the rim falling on it?
What lighting and schedule?

I'm not familiar with the light, but this clam needs at least 300+ par, in nature it gets over 1200 par, so give it as much light as possible. Watch the shell, it should always have white growth at the top of the shell, if you see algae growing over the white, then its a problem. Keep an eye on the water conditions as well, the nutrients are climbing, clams need very good water conditions and also stable alk and calcium. Your tank looks very new, a clam is not a beginner animal, do some research on it if you haven't already.

Super high light or they will start browning and not looking pretty. Once you place up high it will come back to life.

Like others have mentioned, it's most likely bleaching from lack of light. Croceas need to have intense full spectrum daylight and placing them on the sand in the corner of a blue tank isn't going to cut it. Place it high on the rock work, but your light doesn't sound sufficient to keep this clam long term. If this is your first clam, then I would suggest buying this book.
