I got this guy about a week ago and he's been fine, until today. Do you think this single white spot could be anything besides an injury from my purple tang chasing him around? I'm worried about ich but it's only a single larger spot (he's not great at posing for pictures).

It's about that size but not sand. I'm thinking maybe my purple tang pricked him. The purple has been giving him a hard time but not too terrible.

Are there any diseases where you get just a single spot?

Probably an injury, I’d just keep an eye on it for signs of infection. But, he looks pretty scuffed up and a bit thin...Maybe catch the purple for a time out? Mirror trick?

How is he eating? How long have you had him?

Already do have a mirror up and my purple was mad at the mirror for a while. I plan to trap him and put in the frag tank for a while.

The Atlantic is eating and swimming fine. I’ve only had him since Friday.
