White Spots Everywhere

I woke up today and noticed these white spots everywhere on my LR. I am almost certain they weren't there yesterday. They look like little rounded spots or up close like something curled tiny little worms maybe? Anyway hers a picture if anyone could identify and let me know if I should be concerned that would be great.
