Ich?

my regal has been in QT for a week. I did 3 days of general cure, and then copper power. He has been in 2.5ppm copper for 4 days. I first noticed these spots yesterday.

These fish are very susceptible to lymphocystis which is viral and not parasitical. Provide good water quality and healthy diet and it will fall off by itself without any need for treatment.
Some foods are :
Hikari angel and butterfly formula
LRS Fish frenzy
Spirulina brine shrimp
Mysis shrimp
Marine cuisine

Add selcon vitamins to foods occasionally

Thanks. I've been feeding mostly mysis cubes, along with some cubes of spirulina. It has been a struggle to get the regal to eat. At one point I threw a littleneck clam in there. I've also tried blackworms. I do have some other fish in the same QT, so the food is getting eaten.

The water could be cleaner, maybe I should do a water change and add replenish the copper that comes out?
