So I took order of some new coral yesterday, (online store UK), a small branching hammer coral and a massive piece of White Star Polyp, which still had rock attached.

I dipped them both in, CoralRX Pro, NTLabs Coral Dip and API Melafix. Glad to say that both are doing really well.

Hammer had a couple of shrimp hitchhikers which the CoralRX took care of other than that pretty clean.

The WSP on the other hand, had loads! Various worms, shrimp as well as this little crab... needless to say I removed all the rock and kept the WSP in QT.

Just wondering if this is a good or bad hitchhikers - apologies for the pics, not the easiest to get - just wondering if anyone knows what it is?

Dark tip claw? If so looks like a gorilla crab and they are bad news.

It's hard to tell, it was very well hidden, thankfully I inspected every inch of the coral and noticed the movement, so grabbed a skewer stick and try to push it out, but that's as far as I got it... didn't notice any dark claws, more orange all over and spiky!

Thankfully it's not in my DT
