I was looking at my tank after doing a water change and noticed this white stringy stuff in the back of my tank and my return pump nozzles.

Somebody told me to put rock in the chambers of the AIO as it acts as a filter— looking back there I see this. Any Ideas ?

Looks like brand rock. Looks like some bacterial growth. Shouldn’t be harmful will most likely fade as the rock and tank mature.

Ah I gotcha. Hoping it’s bacterial growth— been adding Fritz to my tank as the bottle allows me to.

How to get rid of it? It’s on rocks in display as well, making water a bit cloudy. If it’s just time that’d be great
Just give it time. Lots more things will come your way as time goes by. Normal maturing process.
