Eh, 2 days is stretching it. What are you feeding it?

I’m feeding frozen food and some pellets. How long you think is going to take him until he get use to my tank and starts eating?

Was it eating at the store? Any other signs of issues? Some white light pics and a short video can help rule out anything else. Guessing the fish was never quarantined?

I'm not an expert but I think I see Ich. Wouldn't hurt to start thinking of a hospital tank and the things needed.

How you recommend to hospital the tank
I have two clown fish and 2 fire fish and not corals or inverts

You need a separate tank. Most treatment can't be done in a display. Wait until one of the others chime in. They will know much better than I do.

Hi, welcome to Reef2Reef!

We need to back up a bit here and get some more background information about the fish. Take a look at this link, and answer as many questions as you can about the tankj and your fish:

Thanks,

Jay

Jay is right- there is a LOT of suggestions and suppositions with clarity on age of tank, tank conditions, type of test kits used, and PICTURES of fish under white lighting.
Its not abnormal for a fish to be shy and resist eating. First signs of interest is generally pecking on rocks and glass. Is there something else. . . . Pics and tank history will help.
