White Tube/Worm hitchhiker ID

I've scoured hitchhiker id posts here but cannot seem to find anything similar. Would appreciate some help. I noticed this yesterday at lights out. Reacts quickly to any sound, movement or light changes. Tank is 3 months old with live sand.

Great pictures for id but I don’t have a clue either. Pictures perfect for someone with more knowledge than me. I hope someone chimes, I’m curious too.

Looks like a peanut worm, not sure exactly what species but should not be dangerous
