Those are pineapple sponges

Pineapple sponges. Super common in new tanks, and they usually go away on their own. Harmless filter feeders.

Pineapple sponges which derive from silicates and filter feed off algaes. They are short lived and favor dark, low flow areas. The silicates can be from Tap water , new sand or dry rock, expired di resin or resin seeping into RO water
