Pic is hard to see which area youre talking about. Can you use mark up and circle your area of concern? Are you QTing this fish?

Blurry pic and dots all over the glass. Bet Big G and myself can name 8 parasites with those dots.
I would suggest clean glass and retake pic.
In the mean time, you can give it a freshwater bath for 2-4 mins in RO water with same temp as tank and use a dechlorinator . Inspect bucket after dip and check anything unusual such as works, what looks like sesame seeds, etc.

OK. Those I can see a bit better. First step is to see if those spots are the result of flukes. Suggest doing a freshwater dip:
