Whitespotted grouper

I found one interesting thing, when I come close to it, it will quickly go to the bottom and stay there. I put some feed in it and some disappear, and I found out that it swims up fast and brings some bubble down, I'm wondering if it eat the food, but I don't think so in the first place...
I don't think it's eating food, also alive fish, any advice?
 
I just tried to feed my grouper, and finally, it eats the food! I'm so happy now, and finally I know the key point is the quality of the saltwater, and also the pressure that it had in the previous tank.

I upload some pictures of its fin, it's growing and looks better.
