Hard to say. I guess I will pick my Blue Star Leopard Wrasse for now:

Striped blennies (Chasmodes bosquianus). Here, a male courts a female after coaxing her into the shell to spawn. The female is the camo like colored one, the male is the larger one with the blue spot on his dorsal fin.
