I have not introduced new frags for three months and it’s the first time seeing this..
 
Frogspawn like to stretch out, especially when it finds something close and wants to establish territory.

I did see it stretch, and I give it quite some clearance. It does keep growing though.

What all do you have in the tank?

Mainly sps and some lps, fishes are reef save, only an astapia eating file fish but it never bothers anyone.

Invertebrates are normal cleaners including an abalone
