Impossible to say without any prior info

Need more info

How old is the tank?

How long have you had the anemone?

What are your parameters

The tank looks too new to properly have a thriving BTW

Bingo! Post answers to these questions and a informative answer will be posted for sure.

Maybe pooping

Tank is 7 months old

That’s anemone has been in my tank for about 48hrs

My salinity dropped below 35 a little but I slowly brought it back to 35

you had the salinity issue In the last 48 hours? Did the anemone look ok before changing the salinity? How did you adjust the water?

I have a nem closed up every night and opens once the lights come back on so may not be an issue especially for a new addition. But without knowing the parameters of your tank we can’t help you figure this out. I will say that 48 hours is not a long time to be in your tank and it is most likely stressed and acclimating to its new environment.

Do you have white light pics to see it better? How fast did you raise salinity? What was your acclimation process? Rest of your parameters? What kind of flow is it in? Lighting?

I never add salt or hyper salivated water to the tank. If I wanted to increase salinity, I just top off with salt water instead of RO water.

Anemone take times to adapt to the chemistry of a new tank. Deflates is a way to get rid of the internal chemistry, infection ….
As long as it re-inflates and does not continue to do this then it is fine.
If it continue to do this then you have a sick anemone.
