Fed my corals yesterday, all water perimeters are normal...

BUT today my Trachy's are both blown up POOFY, all swollen. Anyone know why this happens? Please.

That's good!! I wouldn't want mine any other way. Give it a snack occasionally (reef roids)

I target feed Reef Roids and Coral Frenzy on Wed pm, Cyclops Ez and Reef Roids on Sat am. Plus I breed phytoplankton in refugium that I feed a full cup to tank once or twice a week. Plus, Fish get frozen and seaweed daily.

Is this enough?

Really! Cool. Sorry, newbie. Thx...I worry a lot.

Please don’t apologize!!! We are a family here on R2R...... If the question is important to you, then it’s important to us, hence a great question!!!

Enjoy
