Shouldn’t be an issue. Your system is large enough- if you’re really worried you could do a 5g water change, but I wouldn’t think it’s necessary. They’ll be fine :)

Thank you! I think you're correct- I got up to check everyone at 2a and 5a and everyone seems fine.
