Why does my candy cane look like this?

​I purchased a candy cane on Live Aquaria 5 days ago and it looks nothing like their pic. Its not open or colorful at all. What gives?? Pic on left is what I was shipped, pic on right is what I wanted. I heard these things are easy to keep. Whats up. Also my toadstool green leather hasnt opened up either. Is that normal? Water params are good and fish and other corals are doing good. Please help. thanks.

if it looked that way in the bag when u got it then its a doa u would have needed to contact them right away to inform them

yep looked that way in the bag. Thx I'll call them. How bout my toadstool leather in this pic. Shouldnt it open up after 5 days?

The toadstool looks alive, but may still be adjusting to your tank. You may way to try to move it to another area of the tank.
