Yor alkalinity is Six? Phosphate .004? Are you sure about that? If so your Alk is way low. Push it up to 7 minimum or better yet 8 (slowly). The phosphate is non existent. You should be .05 to .1. Yea tank is like 4 months old, got the hammer on month 2 has grown quite a bit, it looks like it may split after a few weeksLooks like a combo of a bunch of different uglies? Is the tank newer? You definitely have a nutrient problem from the looks of your tank. I agree alk is low and would bump it to 7 but I don’t think that’s the issue.
