Why won’t my leather toad stool open

I have had this green leather toad stool for about 2 months and it still hasn’t fully opened up. When I bought it, it was a lot more fluffy than it is now. Could there be anything causing this

What are your parameters like? That thing looks bleached. They are pretty resilient corals and most of the time it just takes time for them to adjust to your tank.

What are your parameters like? That thing looks bleached. They are pretty resilient corals and most of the time it just takes time for them to adjust to your tank.

It’s no bleached it’s green but can’t really see if because the bad photos

That’s an interesting coloration. Mine has short tentacles like yours. Why do you think it’s not fully opened? Did it used to look different?
