How long have they been there ?

How high are they in the tank and how much light are they getting ?

8" below a 65 watt light..... what intensity is your light? I'm thinking too much or little light, if its at high intensity I would move it down and see how it reacts.

Try moving them down on the sand in a good flow and let them acclimate for a bit. Also check your parameters to see if ph or salinity are off. While zoas are a hardy softie, some are still more sensitive to “off” parameters and swings. I have one that I’m struggling with right now but trying to be patient as it recovers from whatever made it unhappy!
