Wide stalk hydroids or aiptasia, something else?

Any help identifying these would be appreciated?

They don't look like any hydroids I've seen pictures of, I'm not certain if they're aiptasia or something else entirely.

They became obvious month after a 6-year-old tank was moved.

Hydroids come in a couple different sizes and shapes, all the way up to looking like tiny, upside down, baby jellyfish. I'm betting these are hydroids, even though they may look a bit different from what you expect. The stem with a pile of hair-like tentacles at the top are a dead ringer for hydroids at least.
